About

Caveman Glass
My journey with glass began in September 2013 at a hot shop in downtown Brooklyn, where I was captivated by the mesmerizing flow of molten glass. What started as fascination quickly grew into a deep passion. Over the years, I refined my craft, specializing in the art of lampworking and mastering its intricate techniques.
Determined to deepen my skills, I discovered Salem Community College—the only school in the country offering a degree in Scientific Glass Technology—right in my home state of New Jersey. There, I mastered the technical art of working with borosilicate lab glass and proudly joined the American Scientific Glass Society. In May 2018, I graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Scientific Glass Technology.
Since then, I’ve been exploring new techniques and pushing the boundaries of my craft. My studio, known as “The Glass Cave,” is nestled in an industrial building in Paterson, NJ. Without windows, it’s a space where creativity and fire come alive. It’s here that “Caveman” was born—a name that embodies the spirit of my work and my journey.
Thank you for visiting and supporting my work. Every piece I create is a reflection of the passion, dedication, and love I have for this extraordinary material.
